Banana Fritters
i have to give credit to my mother for this recipe from my child hood its truly delights
Flower 1c. salt 1/4 tsp. sugar 2 Tb.. butter melted 1Tb.. milk 1/2c. vanilla 1/2 tsp. 1 egg white beaten until stiff 3 mashed bananas 1tbl. lemon juice added to fruit mix all dry set aside mix milk vanilla combine dry in to wet using just enough milk to form a stiff batter add smashed Bananas lemon mixture add melted butter fold in egg white gently batter souled be abal to be formed on a spoon add more flower to get right consistence heat oil to 375F fry until golden brown drain well on paper towels sprinkle with powder confectioners sugar

we were poor growing (7 kids) up but my mom was a grate cook and she would make thees for us in the winter time along with lots of other good things to eat she inspired me to become a chef
i have a awesome Key lime pie with banana pudding recipe if you want it
