i have to give credit to my mother for this recipe from my child hood its truly delights
Flower 1c. salt 1/4 tsp. sugar 2 Tb.. butter melted 1Tb.. milk 1/2c. vanilla 1/2 tsp. 1 egg white beaten until stiff 3 mashed bananas 1tbl. lemon juice added to fruit mix all dry set aside mix milk vanilla combine dry in to wet using just enough milk to form a stiff batter add smashed Bananas lemon mixture add melted butter fold in egg white gently batter souled be abal to be formed on a spoon add more flower to get right consistence heat oil to 375F fry until golden brown drain well on paper towels sprinkle with powder confectioners sugar |

we were poor growing (7 kids) up but my mom was a grate cook and she would make thees for us in the winter time along with lots of other good things to eat she inspired me to become a chef
i have a awesome Key lime pie with banana pudding recipe if you want it |
