Babaco & Banana smoothie
 
In a large blender:

1 ripe full size Babaco (12")
2 ripe dessert bananas (5" x 1" each)
2 scoops french vanilla ice cream
4 oz unfiltered apple juice
4 oz crushed ice

Use what you are feeding your palms or edible bananas.
