Not another Banana bread recipe. I put this one together with stuff I had around the house. Turned our pretty well hope you enjoy also.
2 Cups Flour 1 tsp baking soda 1/8 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 cup butter 2 cups mashed ripe banana (4 nanaers) 1 egg 1/8 tsp Cinnamon 3/4 cup brown sugar 1/3 cup sliced almonds Mix dry ingredients. Blend in butter, egg and brown sugar. Mix in mashed rip banana. Bake, in greased pan powdered with brown sugar and cinnamon topped with almond slices, for 55min at 350 checking with toothpick. Cool in pan 15min remove and slice. |
