Default No fruit on banana trees

Hello,
I just joined this group and hope to learn about growing banana trees.
I have about 10 banana trees. Some are dwarft trees and the others are the regular height.
The trees have been in the ground for about 5 years.
I still get no fruit and am seeking help
Thanks

Default Re: No fruit on banana trees

Same thing happened to me. I had my bananas for 2 years and no fruit. I got impatient and kill all those bananas and got me new ones that I ordered from here.
Now I expect to have fruit next summer.
I got my old bananas for free from a neighbor I was doing some electrical wiring.
I also noticed that they don't bear fruit in their yard also.
Your banana might be abaca the banana that makes ropes with. They don't bear fruit ever.
