I disabled the pager as it was not safe for us to run, the script had some security issues and a super smart malicious person would perhaps have been able to damage our website by entering computer language into the pager.
Nothing bad happened, but I caught it in time before any script kiddies went on a spree.
Hope the info helps. There's a lot that goes on behind the scenes to make sure the server is safe and secure, and I need to be proactive when it comes to this.

Like I mentioned in the other thread that Dalton has linked to, just use the chatroom instead, when you log into the chatroom, you can have a private chat with each other in there, there's a special option for that.

Great catch, Jarred! Glad you found this potential problem before something happened. Can you imagine us all out here giong through the DT's if we couldn't access our beloved webpage??? Bananas.org withdrawl pains...it wouldn't be pretty!

I was in Mexico a couple weeks ago for about a week and I actually enjoyed the time away with no internet. I could have turned it on but it was the longest time in what seemed like forever without the web.

Glad you got the time away Jarred! I enjoy time away as well, especially on cruises. I check my mail maybe once when we go on one. It's too darn expensive... 75cents a min to get on the web, that's CRAZY.
