Tog Tan the modeler
 

I didn't want to post in Tog's Memoriam thread so that Stephanie's post could get more exposure, but I wanted to mention that I've followed the thread on the modeling message board that she posted and it really amazes me how talenetd and inspirational this man was. He really was a one in a milion kind of guy!

Tog reminds me of myself and a few others,

First he doesn't focus on one thing only, he had many different talents as we have seen. He was a person who if he liked it he would dive in head first into the new hobby. Second, he always wanted to help someone get started and share all of his knowledge with anyone who would listen. I think we all should appreciate what time we had with Tog so we can continue to do what he loved, growing plants and any other hobbies we might have. It goes to show how great of a person he was by all the people he touched, whether with his knowledge or his humor.

At least heavens got a banana tree now,

He was for real a kind of guru. Wierd, he opened my eys in many ways and was proud for as he used to say "making me to see green".
I didnt care about plants beafore I met him and look at me now!
