Default triple bud on Velutina

Has anyone else seen a banana with more than one bud on the same stem? This Velutina has four, one is behind.

Pretty cool! That is usually caused by an injury to the growing point, causing it to mutate. Regardless of how it is caused, it is very rare, and thank you for documenting it with pictures! Make sure to take more pictures at various stages of development, please.

As a bit of an update this was a pup I removed from the same corm that had the multiflowered stem.

As you can see it is now flowering at 6 inches!
Who wanted a small flowering banana?
