Ok thanks to your help it's been determined this plant is a Musa Ornata
So............what do you call these little banana/whatever things called that are forming?

Well, technically they are bananas....just not fully formed at this point. Don't expect anything good to eat cause they will have seeds.

Mine did the same thing.

I never did check for seed though. I think I have one bloomimg now. I'll have to check and see.
