Hey,
which banana would you suggest, that is comparable to an AeAe regarding the beautiful white variegation? Actually, I have a small Musa TaNee variegata, but the variegation is more yellow than white and it seems to need high humidity, otherwise the leaves begin to dry out. I'm asking for a comparison, as it seems to be difficult to get a real AeAe (pup) here in Europe. Your help and opinions are highly appreciated, thank you very much! ![]()

there are other variegated forms out there. I have seen dwarf namwah, dwarf cavs., tanee, bajoo but all have yellow and not white. AeAe is really the only one you can get with white in the leaves. I know a few people in the UK with AeAe and they all got it shipped in from thailand with no real problems...maybe you could get canna struttgart and pretend its a AeAe until you find one

![]() Well, I already have a Canna Stuttgart, but not for pretending - I collect variegated plants. From what I've read about importing from Thailand is, that the leaves are completely cut and the plant not always survives that. Other said that i.e. bkinterplants isn't selling real AeAes. Can you recommend a seller in Thailand? That would be really helpful, thanks a lot!

Maybe GEkko
the website lot's of choice, i have not (yet) place an order. and atgtree plus one on ebay (bkinterplants ) no experience with these sellers too. Some German sellers you could ask: Tine´s Shop fuer alle Bananenfreunde Achim´s Bananenshop*-*Home EXOTICGARTEN

Thank you very much for these useful tips!!!
Gekko and ATGtree have very promising offers - contacting them now )I've already tried Achim and Tine, but they don't have one. Exoticgarden is completely unknown to me, I have to check their homepage. Now I'll see if somebody here already had ordered from ATGtree. I'm curious.
