Re: Weather forecast
No, I don't think so. Maybe very imaginative, but even I can imagine it very well.

Re: Weather forecast
Its so COLD here. A week ago everyone is complaining about humidity and 90s and this week people nearby are worrying about taking there plants in from a frost! Temps at a weather station by me got to 39F this morning. Fortunately my thermometer recorded a morning low of 46F. Day temps are struggling to make it into the 60s until weds. Average high for this time of the year is in the 70s. The lowest temp of the entrie month of april was 40F and tonight is forecasted to be 38F and this is May! At least temps make it back to the mid 70s later this week. For now my breadfruit is back indoors.

Re: Weather forecast
Palmtree, where do you live? Every year by this time, I have all my plants out. It's been lows of 40's all week. I had few plants out for 2 days so far. Usually the garden is in by now...didn't even start yet. We had a big rain storm last night...lots of puddles.

Re: Weather forecast
I'll tell you people here are spoiled.. On Mother's Day the High was 69 (the lowest high for probably a month & a half). All I heard was people Pissin' & Moanin' about how cold it was (it was windy, so it was cool). I prefer the heat, better banana weather. Our weekend will consist of Hot & Wet supposedly (well hot for sure). :^)

Re: Weather forecast
We have forecasts of 34 for tonight and tomorrow night. I keep telling my dad to not worry about the cold with our tomatoes... if they live through the wind we have had this week, they will live through anything.. We have had almost non stop wind all week. (some calming a couple nights.) with gusts almost daily to the 50s.
Forecast is for this wind to continue until this evening.. Our question is: after this evening will the winds be gone or worse? aaron |
