Hi everybody,
I have a question about variegated banana types and hope someone here might be able to help me out a bit.I´ve been wanting a variegated banana plant for some time now but not sure exactly what types are the best to grow. Does anyone have some experience with shipping from asia to europe ? Also what type of variegated bananas are the easiest to keep indoors in pots ? Any tips on growing them and helping them out when they arrive? Is it worth the money ( danger from shipping stress and cold/freezing during winter in europe) ? Also if anyone is selling or has experience with some good sellers and is willing to link them here or any overall tips please let me know Thanks alot ! ![]() |

where you are, you would probably want to wait until spring.
for a novice, keeping a banana plant indoors for long winters is formidable, its even worse with a variegated. variegateds for an experienced grower is tough.

First, wait for the Spring. Second, Siam Ruby for begging others are not worth it unless you have adequate climate.
