Re: Shops, nurseries... in Europe
Ante, 55€ to German isn't what that same amount of money is to you.

Re: Shops, nurseries... in Europe
No, it's 55 for 3 plants:
Set-Angebot - Dwarf Orinoco, Dwarf Red und Dwarf Cavendish It's not the cheapest shop on the web but 27€ for "difficult to find" 'nanas is not excessive while the most common costs 12.50€ |

Re: Shops, nurseries... in Europe
Is it correct that Musa "Kluai Roi Wi" is Musa Thousand Fingers? I ask because in the palmscenter-shop you get one for 11,60 and a Red Iholene for 11,50. That`s cheap, right?

Maybe I should mention Home Page and Adenium. King Adenium Thailand Double Flowers Specialty. Someday I`ll be brave enough to order a variegated `nana from there...

Another interesting ebay seller from Germany:
Negozi eBay - Palmen und Exoten, Bananen-Pflanzen, Kunstpflanzen su eBay.it Just bought a "praying hands" from him. To me it seems he has fair prices both on plants and on shipping. |

Re: Shops, nurseries... in Europe
Great list of nurseries you have there! I'm planning on ordering some plants and "Amulree Exotics" seems to be the cheapest especially now when they have 50% off everything. I have had a look at "Achim's Bananen shop" too and they have a huge range of varieties!
So my question is have any of you guys any experience with any of these nurseries? Also, "Amulree Exotics" writes "Carriage is charged at £18.00 for orders up to £160.00 via an overnight delivery" on their site. Does this really mean that you can order several plants and pay a total shipping cost of £18 and then having the plants at your doorstep by the next day? Or have I got it all wrong?

Re: Shops, nurseries... in Europe
The 18 quid delivery charges are for orders within the UK only. You will certainly pay more for shipping to your country. you can always email Simon and ask. He's a nice guy
