Wow, YAKUZA, your sticky says 13°C :D Chilly...
Okey, so take something sharp and chop between the basjoo mother and pup in about 25° angle vertically towards the corm taking a little bit of it for the pup. That's in basjoo and lasiocarpa case. The ideal size for removal is about 40cm and more.
I would leave those DC pups on the plant, so that they can grow faster and remove them, when nr.4 emerges.

1 to 3 pups a plant is still a good ratio, their growth is quite balanced.

Tissue culturing maybe griphuz. ;)

Nice. :D It's cold here too, bet we don't fall below 17°C even in night's minimums.

Separate the Musella lasiocarpa pups and basjoo pups. I would leave the rest be on the mother corm for now.

What plants do you have at your disposal? Those TCs, which cultivars.

Ante, against spidermites (I've never had any of my citruses or other plants infected with them) I adviced my friend in Czech republic, to spray them with the kitchen soap diluted in water or try whatever thing you use to wash up with. Just one thing there, make a cone or something, because when this water eliminates the spidermites, it will go down to the roots and the plants will make then deformed leaves (like poisoning).
You have to make some sort of a barrier b4 using any soap on the plants.
I repeat, it mustn't get to the roots.

The percentage is irrelevant, my friend used very strong percentage (let 1 soap stand in 3 litres and chop it in).
It won't hurt the leaves, when it's strong, in will however hurt the roots.
This procedure makes a thin film on the leaves and all the parasites simply die out, because they will either be poisoned or won't be able to get ne air...

Good luck.

I've used soaps as a soil drench for fungus gnats.

You can toss the whole standard soap in 2 to 3 litres of water, you want use less. ;) But be careful, this water MUSTN'T GET TO THE ROOTS. If it does, the plant will then produce several deformed leaves.
I also sometimes use the saponate you use to wash up your dishes after the meal. It also effective and it also can't reach roots.
Usually, when you stir the mixture and it makes bubbles, it's good.

I don't know about that leaf cutting. If I were you, I would cut the leaves on the first group and leave the leaves on the second group of plants and you will see. ;)

I use 1-2 drops of Dawn Dish Detergent in a 2 qt. spray bottle; seems to work fine. A little goes a long way. Remember to spray top and bottom of leaves as well as soil.

Curious, it's not listed in Google transcalculating subprograms.
It means 0,95 litres. ;)
