Default Re: Compost Tea

I let mine run for up to a whole week, maybe more if I want to, but always adding a bit more molasses & kelp at around 75F with my aquarium heater, and a 4 valve very strong aerator.

One thing I notice is that over time the worm tea tends to get a bit thicker after a few days with more stuff floating around in the tea, but it still smells sweet so I guess it is still OK. I think it probably won't help much more any more than having it run for a week, but as far as results, it seems to make hot peppers thicker stemmed with thicker leaves so I'm assuming this stuff really helps vegetables a lot, but since I have enough, I use it on everything else as well. I have another 55 gallon barrel, but so far, 1 barrel seems to be more than enough.
