![]() Well I saw it in person and I thinks it is awesome. Suggestions? Ummmm maybe a bigger radio and you defiantly need a laptop there so you can keep us updated! That calendar would look much better with a Miata on it. Other than that I think its perfect. lol

![]() I don't know where a walnut seedling came from. I have a couple Hickory trees. Maybe one dropped in the pot. I sure don't need any more trees at my place. I'm still working on the cleaning up the Oak that I took down last year. It was dead when we bought the place. I have a couple Hickories, a Sassafras (I think), about 6 maples, a plum, and a Crabapple all on a city lot. So you got a couple of Basjoo's outta that pot. Nice!

![]() Made by Bright Effects 100w daylight 6500k that only use 26w. I just could not believe how good it works. You can buy a four pack for $10.00 at lowes. The actual light Is just a cheap work light you can buy there to for $7.00.
I have five of them, point them were you want with easy and one 65w full spec bulb that puts a ball of heat around my plants for warmth. My basement stays a cool 60 degrees but just that one bulb warms it to 70s. Also just added a new timer, now every thing turns on at 8 ![]() |

![]() Moe, are those compact flourescents?
Nice set up BTW. I use a plastic blanket bag for germinating. The top unzips for access & keeps humidity in when closed - plus you can see thru it.

![]() Yes they are. Where do you get them at? That is a problem I have losing humidity. I am holding temps at 32c, but container is not completely air tight. Blanket bag how big do they come? Or are you talking zip lock bags?

![]() No zip lock bags. I bought a queen siz comforter that came in a big, clear heavier plastic zippered bag - I saved it. I just bought king size sheet set - came in same type bag but little smaller. You can also buy them for storing blankets but I like the ones bedding is packed in, in the stores - they come with it. It's like a mini greenhouse & holds humidity. I had pics of it from 4-5 years ago but they're deleted.
A good excuse to buy new sheets & comforter! LOL I have C. F.'s in about every room & lamp. They sell them everywhere & 24 watt burn as bright as 100 watt standard. An old aquarium works good too.

![]() Basement to cold for smaller plants so I had to change it up. It can get over 90f real easy in there so I put a dimmer on the heat lamp so I can adjust down to 80f (and stays on all the time). The other lights in there is wired to a timer. The glass in front is just a old storm window I had lying around. All I need now is to find a six inch fan for a little air movement. Its time to start the garden. May is coming.......
all switch does is turn only the top of the outlet off, just like turning a lamp off in a room. |

![]() That rig is really shaping up Moe. Closing it up with a glass front is the cat's meow. Your plants look great too. What all you got in there? Thought you drank budwieser!

![]() Most of the stuff is from you. 4 or mabe 5 SDC, 2 DC, 3 bassjoo, 1 red maple tree, 1 tomato plant (great plant to see if you got good growing condition), OOO I almost forgot 1 hickory tree (I'm goonna return that one back to ya!!) You make me laugh... Hopefully this or next week I'll start my garden in it... Just put my fan in it tonight for little air flow. My beer of choice is busch light or if you buy it I'll drink it.... oh boy I really need to get back to work spending way to much time at home....
Thanks again Michael ![]() |

![]() Looks awesome! Excellent work! Only suggestion I would have is to have some sort of adjustability to the height of the lights to accommodate for growth. Beyond that, it looks amazing! Thanks for sharing!
