Default Superthrive, what is it, does it work?

While shopping in the neighboring state of Arkansas tonight, I came across something called Superthrive. The retro packaging was filled with some big claims, and I figured what the heck, might as well buy it and give it a try. I later figured out the reason I have not seen it before is because it is illegal to sell in my home state lol. Have you used it before? What do you think, does it work?
