Two new leaves from the core competing ... why? (With photos)

Good morning everybody,
I’m growing some nice banana plants already from some years (Probably a Truly Timy or Dwarf Cavendish, not sure.. ) and I am now experiencing a new problem: from the core of the plant where normally the new leaf grows there are now two new leaves growing and one hinders the other from growing so both have stopped growing ...
how can I solve this problem?
Should I remove both leaves or just one?
Thank you here some photos to better understand the problem

:03: to me it looks like one of the leaves never enrolled. You can probably just leave it or you could do surgery and cut the top inch off the p-stem. I see a new leaf coming out of one of the enrolling leaves. That is the newest leaf

Well You might be right... I’m not paying particular attention to what I give them... majority of times just waters and sometimes feeders I have at home for growing phase but I have might fed them as well with something for flowering phase randomly ...
Might that be the problem?

I don't need to see 'looking down' on the plant.

Full elevation showing bottom of the pot to the top of the plant. Step back about 5 ft.

What I do see:

1) Chlorosis of the leaf edges. Likely over watering or possibility over fertilization. May be both.

2) White powdery or webbing on the back of the leaves. Insect infestation of some type.
3) Black spots on the some of the leaves. Fungus or insect marks ???

4) Pot soil looks to be too dense. How fast does water drain from the bottom when poured on the top? Should be about 30 sec or less for a good draining soil for bananas. Dense soil is a cause for over watering & root rot.

5) Does the pot drain? It doesn't look like a draining type in the photos.

i'm betting you are gonna have a double flowering plant there.
i've seen it on dwarf cavendish 2 times at a friends property.

Thank you very much! I am gonna change soil first of all then.
The white powder I think its just a bit of dust from wha I have seen, didn't shower the plant before the photo...

So do you suggest I leave both leaves from the core untouched? or should i remove one of them?

Thank you bananito :birthdaynana:
