Default They're outside!

I eventually put some of my bananas outside. So far this 'summer' has been awful and today we have almost biblical rain.

My Red Tiger is coming along nicely.

your Plants are looking happy! It;s too bad about the weather there, I hear it does rain a lot in the UK. Hope they grow well for you.

Hi HoaNui
Very nice bananas looks like a neat garden.
What caught my eye is the second photo.
What is the large leafed plant on the right side of the photo?
Rhubarb? Might need to get one.

Thank you! That's a gunnera. It grows massive, like to be wet, is from the Amazon yet it's survived down to -15C - uncovered! lol The leaves can grow to between 5 - 8 feet accross. I love it. If you need a smaller type you can plant Rheum palmatum instead.
