My banana plant isn't doing too great...

I got this banana plant from a reddit exchange about three years ago. In August, I took it to my parents place as I was house sitting for the month. It was beautiful weather for quite some time, so I had it outside in full sunshine. The plant was thriving, grew 8 new leaves and looked healthier than ever. I used fertiliser once a week, thinking it might need more because it was growing so much.

Then the weather changed, and unexpectedly the night temperature plummeted to 10 degrees Celsius. I took it inside the next day, and ever since the health of the plant declined.

I took it back to my place, where I don't have outside space. It sits in a south-east facing window where it receives full sunlight for about 4 hours a day. I'm down to one leaf that doesn't want to completely uncoil, one leaf that only has a yellow stem and two nearly dead leaves.

Any help would be very appreciated!

I honestly have no idea what species this banana is. The green little thing in the last picture, is that a pup-to-be?

It's in need of a bigger pot, I can tell you that. I would guess potbound / waterlogged.

Welcome to the forum.
Where are you located?

Banana plants stop growing when temps are below 57 deg F or above 90 deg F. Stop the fertilizer.

What type of fertilizer are you using and how much?

Your plant looks to be in pot within another pot. If the top of the soil is dry, could the roots still be water logged? ... IE: The plant looks to be root bound. Replant in a bigger pot with better drainage.

More light would help, even if it is shaded or a grow light.
