Any Advice for Container Grown Cavendish?
Hello Everyone, I have a 7' container grown Cavendish plant growing in my living room. I had it outside but the goats thought it was tasty and gobbled it up. Since the mishap with the goats, the main plant looks miserable! There are a few nice looking pups growing around the main plant. Does anyone have any advice to bring back my plant? It was a fruit bearing plant, but I have had no fruit in 3 years. What kind of fertilizer might help? Thanks.

Re: Any Advice for Container Grown Cavendish?
the goats may have been looking out for your best interest. banana plants only give fruit once from the main plant. if you want fruit again then let one of the pups grow to maturity. you might also want to separate some of the other pups and put them into their own pots.
good luck
