Hello all,
First post here. I purchased a Nono banana off ETSY about 6 months ago. It was like three inches tall when I got it. It’s grown quite a bit! Some of my leaves have yellow discoloration on them, mostly the edges, the yellow eventually browns. Grown indoors east facing light with a grow light above it. Fox farms ocean forest soil. I fertilize every other watering with the miracle grow indoor plant foot. I also use silica every other watering as well. I posted on Reddit and Facebook and did not get any responses so I thought I would register here. I’ve been a long time lurker!! ![]() |

Your oldest leaves will turn yellow and die off as they reach end of use.
Banana plants will naturally do this in the fall due to the short amount of daylight. The brown tinge is possibly an indication of excess fertilizer. You want to fertilize only when the plant is vigorously growing in best conditions. Most of the time when the plant is brought indoors it takes awhile to adjust until then small changes will occur. You may move the grow light closer to the plant if it is LED and keep the light on for 13 hours or more. Because the plant is indoors you will water and fertilize less and keep the pot on the dry side. Refer back to the original reddit post to read the moderator comments. The comments cover many common issues with potted plants including the care of your plant in general. Last edited by cincinnana : 11-17-2023 at 11:12 AM. |

Что-то у вас не особо похож на Nono , очень слабо выражен, у меня растет ноно и ох очень яркий вначале бело зелёный, потом становится бордово розово зелёный, скорее всего очень мало света, ведь от него он становится очень ярким, а пятна это передоз
