Default Why is my ensete pinching the tips of its leaves?

I took a picture this morning:

Any idea why this is happening or how I can prevent it next year?

Mine have done this also, but has stopped. It seems to be related to fertilizer here.

This happened to mine not long after I re-manured it so I bet that's the case.

Maybe it grows too fast?

Could be, but with mine it happened until I fertilized it lol so not sure. I have seen other photos of it before though when I was trying to figure out why it was happening to mine, I thought it might be a defect in the TC process but others seem to have the issue as well.
