Default Time to fix the led grow light

Now that my plants are outside, it's time to replace the burned out LEDs in the grow lamp. I usually need to fix 5 to 8 pieces a season. The lamp company doesn't offer replacement parts but eBay has similar parts at a good price.

If you look close you can see the bad ones.

I was wondering how you kept those plants looking so well this winter.

Thanks This 300w light is all I use for small plants in a 4'x4' space. I run the light 10-12 hours daily over the winter in my basement.

After 5 years now, this light would probably be half as bright if I didn't replace the burned out LEDs each year!

Oh, don't get them from eBay! They're horrible. Got 10 of them, and 7 out of those 10 were faulty. I returned them back, and they sent me a new package with another 6 faulty ones. Complete disappointment. Maybe try this place https://www.ukled.co.uk/led-drivers.html . I know they used to have them, but not sure if they do anymore. The last time I checked, they ran out of them. But, who knows? Maybe it's your lucky day today, ha-ha. Anyway, just don't get them from eBay cause they're rubbish. If you have any other questions, you're more than welcome to ask.

Erik,
Have you gotten your winter setup up and running?

I ordered the lamps on eBay. The quality is questionable; two out of five stopped working a week after ordering. I got very upset about this and canceled my second order with these lamps. Later, I read feedback from people who received their orders; many complained that they looked unreliable. Now I prefer to order from local stores that give a guarantee on their product. On the advice of a friend, I ordered LED lights for grow tents to try out, and if everything is as he described, I will buy bulbs for the whole tent.
