Unhappy Several Issues with my Banana Plant

I bought an Ice Cream Banana plant. I’m not even sure that is actually what it is. My plant app. Tells me its a Musa Acuminata.
I had originally bought it to put outside in the yard. When we tried just setting it out there in its original pot, its leaves just fell and it looked horrible.
Since it was the end of the summer I decided to just keep it inside till next spring. Anyways, it was growing fine and putting out new leaves Until I noticed one morning that there was webbing/spider mites at the tip of a new leaf that hadn’t unfurled yet.
I started using some RTU insecticidal soap mix 1x a week for 3 weeks. I didn’t see any more mites until about the 4th week. I decided then to use some neem/Castile soap mix. ( I read that it was good to switch it up because they can build immunities to the miticides)
It seemed to be holding up ok except when I originally repotted it, I used miracle grow potting soil. (Didn’t realize at the time it was a terrible idea)
I thought maybe repotting it in the proper soil would help it, I was worried it was getting root rot because it stayed wet for too long.
After buying better soil and changing it, 2 days later it completely wilted down. It is in extreme transplant shock. I want to know if there is anything I can do to help it? I am really worried that its going to die now, and I am heartbroken. Any Help would be greatly appreciated!!
I tried to make a photo album, and also upload pics, several times! but I can’t seem to get it to work.
