Looks like it's choking. Maybe it wants to grow more and faster, than the roots allow.

I have similar little problems.
This morning the next cigar was already pushing up through the latest petiole from a leaf that has just unfolded last night. The cigar was already about 10 cm out of the petiole and was "glued" to parts of the previous leaf.
I just did a little surgery to seperate these siamese twins and here we go!!!

Sorry, I didn't take pics, but it looked partly the same, like on your pics.

But I guess your choking Rajapuri is the german one, because mine is also from Germany, maybe they're brothers and both of our Rajas doing it exactly at the same time! Who else can schedule such a thing months ahead to happen at the same day? Sounds very german to me

Also possible.
We had constant high temps for almost all of August (35 - 38 ° C / 95 - 100 F each day).
Only the last two days were a bit cooler with only 30 - 33 ° C / 85 - 90 F) during the days, but now we're back up around 35°C/95 F.
Maybe that little temperature drop in the last two days with reduced humidity forced the chocking. I guess Ante had about the same weather the last month?
Also no rain for the last 30 days, but luckly the humidity was quite high.
"Autumn" is scheduled to arrive next week with temps below 30° C / 80 - 85 F.

Your plant looks great, and, there are some nicks at the same place on several leaves...perhaps a bug, or a slug, or a falling stick in the wind damaged the spot while things were all rolled up together, thus you'll see repeated damage in subsequent leafs.

Keep it simple...maybe nothing's wrong....and plant some more!

It doesnt look like its choking. Leaves are unrolling regullary, just every leaf has same deformation in exactly same position.

Maybe the Rajapuri has a genetic problem or something like that - I don´t know. But as long as the plant as a whole looks so wonderful...you shouldn`t worry too much about that.
