Default Is this over fertilisation burn? Dwarf nathan banana

Last month ive removed some suckers and fertilised it a few days later with some potash and liquid feed and made the mistake of adding some slow release too (didnt really fertilise it before wanted to encourage fruits its over a year old and nothing) i think i over did it. Hoping isnt the pup removal process gone wrong thatd probably be worse used a knife and cut away but might of done wrong and damaged main plant. Im noticing it reads really wet on my moisture meter now where i cut the pups off while other areas read dry.

Noticed yellowing at first and now those yellow bits are turning brown. Its still growing new leaves which i think is a good sign. I tried to scrape some of the extra fertiliser off the top day after and tried to wash the excess out.

Not sure whats wrong with it and what can do to help it recover.

Pot ash about half a handful.

Slow release pellets about half a handful. Says its a citrus and fruit mix. Nitrogen 4%, phosphorus 1.5%, calcium 2.4, sulphur 1.7% , iron 0.18%, zinc 0.08%, magnesium 0.40%z

Liquid feed did 1 cap full (48ml) in a 10L bucket of water and then used about 3/4 of it on my banana tree. Says for all types of plants. Nitrogen 3.5%, phosphorus 0.6%, potassium 0.7%.
