Default Odd leaf condition

I have two padded banana plants. One is perfectly fine and the other, 3 feet away, has this condition, which I have never seen despite my searches. Please help. Not sure how to attach pics but they are in my gallery.

Yeah, that's kind of what it looks like to me too. Are your plants indoors or out?

For best results...For me I do as a nuclear option.

Remove all leaves and spray the plant and the pot and surrounding area with a great insecticide of your choice

Wait a few days and do it again ....and let it comeback
