Iam writeing to you couse i need your help.
My green friends are in very bad condition and i dont know how could i help them.

It started month ago.
My ensente green bananas, glaucum ( both germinated from seeds) and one red ensete started to grow very fast. Their pots were too small but i think not so small... anyways the problem appeared at the stalks. The bottom stalks started to break at every plant. These leaves lie facing down and dont get yellow.

Firstly i tought maybe they were overwatered but i water them to keep gently moisture soil only. Usually overwatered bananas cryies alot but they were not. Maybe just few drops at the leafs. Maybe heres the problem but i never overwatered banana so i leave the rating for you.

My second thought was - overfertilizing. I gave them concentrated humus.
Second thought - the spring, too fast grow
And the last - the exaggeratation and bad soil, but like i said the problem started week before the exaggeration.

Now i dont know what should i do. Cuz i got a problem at the moment with my old m. basjoo also. Ive checked the soil - dry as pepper (3 days after last watering). Allright... so i gave him 3 cups of water. Few hour later leafs were faced down and still they are. The difference between him and other bananas is he doesnt have broken stalks and is not exaggerated.

Everything was good with them by whole autumn, winter when there was no sun, dry air and the same watering.

Help me guys how can i help them ?:(
btw* every banana except m basjoo and dwarf cavendish were transplanted. But problems starts before transplant ( ensete green/red/glaucum)
If i overwater them please give me and advices how to water them at the spring.

The stalks and leaves look a little pale to me. You can almost see thought some of the leaves and stalks. Possibly needs more light and/or fertilizer.

What type of fertilizer are you using and when was the last application? The plant looks good otherwise. No sign of fungus or infection. I would start misting the plants with a spray bottle a couple of times a day and use some liquid fertilizer as a folar spray. ... Young plants in the house tend to suffer from the drier humidity even though the pot soil is moist.

I used some bio humic acid done by some local company in my country, 2 or 3 weeks ago.
They dont show ingridients, says only '' a regular fertilizer, but a so-called soil improver which, in addition to providing nutrients to the home plants, also significantly improves the soil structure ''. So it looks like i gave them fertilizer which is not reall fertilizer. My fault :/ I used it 2 - 3 weeks ago before the spring started. They are situated between east / south window, +1 timezone

The bio humic acid you used ( i think) is basically a soil amendment probably with micro & macro plant nutrients and very little or no (??) N-P-K fertilizer. Bio humic acid is not soluble in water with acid ph. Your potting soil should be in the range of 6 to 6.5 (acid) for bananas. Check the ph.

We have a product called Miracle Grow. I don't know what is available in your country, so cross check this to similar products available to you. .... Just mix at 1/4 to 1/3 the strength as directed for potted plants and spray on the leaves every 2 or 3 days. The banana will take in the spray within minutes. Be careful of how much water you add to the pot and not over-water the roots. ... This will help to get food to the plant while solid fertilizer is being slowly (weeks) taken in by the roots.

Hey guys. Sory for undigging the threat, i'd like to finish it. Maybe some others will use that. Anywas i followed your advices. There was a few problems that you noticed and your instructions helped. The ph was too low and the soil was too permeable. Second thing was teh lack of good fertilizer.

After i used fertilizer for cucumbers (N25) they changed collor to strenght green imidiately.
The problem with breaking leaves was bad soil. I used more alkaline soil with sand and they catched second life.
