Little red spots

I am getting little red spots on the leaves of my lighter color bananas Musa Margarita and Yello Siem Ruby. Any idea what this could be and if it's harmfull?

Maybe their color (red) is coming after all, isn't it? Isn't by any chance Yellow Siam Ruby the same thing as Musa Margarita?
Pictures would be great...

Are you putting the fertilizer on to much or to often?

No Siam Ruby Yellow is a green Siam Ruby with a yellow fllower, the Margarita is Chartreuse (big difference in the color of there leaves). If you look at mt Siam Ruby post from plat week you will see the difference in there leaf color.

Re: Little red spots

I believe the red spot marks and little splashes are from chemical spray... other than looking ugly, they don't seem to affect the leaves or plant in any adverse way. Newer growth is usually both healthy and green. Or if it’s a fungus mabe try a fungicide. But I think I would hold off on the fertilizer for awhile till some healthy leaves start to emerge. Good luck to ya.......
