Hi, from Penticton,
did their environment change recently? I.e. did you recently move or transplant them? Bananas do not react favourably to being disturbed. Mine showed similar spots and brown edges after I transplanted them outside from pots indoors. The new leaves, however, turn out healthy. Good luck, Olaf

Looks like a plumeria I got that wasn't watered before shipping and showed up on my door step with leaves all shriveled up. The plant drank the bowl dry over night. I've never had a banana get scorched like that. Do you do any foliar applications? might help :^)
