Handi-wipes?
 
Would handi-wipes be a potential threat to my banana plant...to me it seems the best way too keep the leaves mite free...every few days jyst go over leaves and stem with a lightly alcohol-scented handi-wipe...then discard...very e-z...or is this a trial-n-error situation?

Maybe if you tried the Huggies alcohol free wipes it might be ok. I would test it on one leaf first.

Or slightly moist/wet toilet paper. ;)

I don't think the alcohol is going to damage the plant and it will evaporate right away.

I actually think I recall someone on here, a nursery gardener with some experience saying they use an alcohol spray to get rid of a lot of pest problems...
