Default GoGnats and spider mites

Has anyone tried GoGnats cedar oil spray on spider mites? Just found a bunch on my Pisang Raja.

I'm not familiar with this type of oil, but with any kind of oil spray be sure and follow the package directions, and don't spray in the sun. I customarily use one made from suave shampoo and cooking oil 1T of each in a gallon of water and it will sometimes burn if you use it in direct sun or don't shake it really well before spraying. So be careful!

Ok so the spider mites are gone but I still bought something specifically for spider mites just to be safe.

Don't spray in the sun you say, I wish I would have read that before I did it. You live you learn I guess. It burned the new leaf very badly, I had to cut it off. The second newest leaf has burned spots on it. So the mites are gone and I learned a lesson.

Thanks for the help, I just wish I had read it before I sprayed:/
