Getting Used to Outdoor Sun: Advice Sought
 

Hi,

I moved my Super Dwarf Cavendish out from indoors to my outdoor courtyard and the leaves got burnt by the sun! I am new to banana growing so I don't know much about them yet.

How do I get my bananas used to growing outdoors in the sun?

Bananas like the sun, right?

Move them to bright light but not direct sun. Gradually give them more sun ,over a couple weeks time full sun

And fear not. While the old leaves will remain burnt, the new ones will come out just fine. Just keep it well watered and fed.

Well, not necessarily watered with well water but, well, well watered. Unless you have well water. Then that would do very nicely as well.
