I have been told a couple times to leave this plant in full sun, which I have been for the most part. I took it into the shade today because it looks like it is dieing.

Most leaves have lost their color all folding in and now drooping down, they are also wavy. I have not been over watering it, and do not think its been under watered. Plant is in about a 5 gallon pot with desert mix potting soil with perlite added. I did not break away the orginal soil that came with it. could this be a problem? I think I am going to move this plant inside.
Any advice would be great!
BTW I have been still been putting out leaves every 4-6ish days. This current leave is looking alot slower tho.

My initial impression is that it looks like it's growing well with the new leaf emerging and a new one every 6-7 day is good for zone 6. Why do you think it's suffering? When did you get it? Was it repotted recently?

I bought the plant maybe a month ago. and was repotted then from a 4 or 6 inch pot to its 5 gallonish home. It has been opening at night but seems to get less and less. It looks ok in those pictures? nothing to worry about?

looks underwatered to me, I bet the soil in the middle of the pot is dry.

Probably getting acclimated to the new pot. If that plant was in a 4-6" pot it probably didn't have enough root development to adequately support the plant. Water thoroughly when you do and let the soil dry to about 2" before watering again. I would guess it recovers quickly. I don't think it needs to go indoors.

Thanks for all the help guys and gals! I think it was under watered, I kept bringing it under a patio whenever it stormed. Well I guess I left it out in 95f weather for a couple days. It has now sprung back up leafs look a little better not reaching for the ground anymore!
