Drooping and Browning
 

Hello, we just planted our Musa Sumatrana X Cross the beginning of July. We bought them from Lowe's. And I just noticed that it's dropping and browning. Am I supposed to put the brown leaves do the rest will flourish or just let it be? I'm jjust know learning about outdoor plants and want to make sure I'm doing everything right. And can you please correct me, is this a plant or tree. Want to make sure I identify her correctly. Lol, yes all my plants are girls to me. I might be wrong in that too.
