Disease, malnutrition, or some weird mutation?

This is what I believe to be a dwarf cavendish. It's a pup from another plant. Mother plant does not look like this. This plants gets the same water, food, soil, and light as all my others who look normal. It's been doing it on the last few leaves now. I think it looks cool but I am curious.

Looks similiar to a previous post of yours.
Looks like a Blood banana of yours.

Okay, here are a couple more leaves. As you can see it seems to effect one side of the leaf. What has me worried is the plant right beside it now has pushed out a leaf where one side is slightly smaller than the other.

Plant right beside it with one leaf slightly lop sided, could be coincidence.

These marks on the leaves are observed initially when the plant is small and upto 1 month and then they go off
