Discoloration spots on peel
Hello; I found these commercial bananas with some off-colored spots.
Variety is Cavendish, most probably Williams variety. Harvested in northern Ecuador and shipped to Asia. Transit time is about 30 days. Shipped in normal refrigerated container in vacuum bags (banavac). Weather conditions: rainy season (around week 10 at shipment) I will appreciate any information regarding the cause of this defect. |
