Re: Cigar End Rot ?
It is hard to tell the difference between slight cold damage, and Cigar end rot in this case. Keep the developing fruit dry. Sometimes a plastic cover creates more problems with condensation than it helps.
Cold and wet does seem to promote the rot when the pathogen is present. :2239: |

Re: Cigar End Rot ?
I had a lot of trouble with cigar end rot on Dwarf Cavendish back at my old place. I would spend time "deflowering" each fruit because it was supposed to help prevent cigar end rot. Cold will also cause similar blemishes.
