Not in an obvious way that I've noticed, but it is possible. You'd need to do a replicated experiment to get a clearer idea, and perhaps there are some published studies like that. All I know is that plants with these symptoms do fruit successfully.

This can be a good or a bad sign in my opinion. It can be a true deficiency. For sure!
It can also be caused by rapid growth. If you have just watered/it has just rained/just fertilized. Then you have no problem. If you walk on my farm during the growing season, you will see almost every leaf look like this. I push my plants to the limit with fertilizer. From my research faster vegative growth = sooner flower! Pushing fast growth + pruning most bunches = works for me.

here you go bushwak. this is a good one..
they do not mention lime here but they do talk of ph. lime has generally 24 percent calcium and is considered one of the fixes for calcium deficiency.
