Default Brown / black dots on Dwarf Cavendish leafs

Hello forum! I've been looking around this forum in search of pictures reasembling the issue with banana plant I have.

On the bottom side of the leafs, blacky / brown dots can be seen. They start
to appear as a little yellowy spots, and darkens.

They are barely visible from the top point of view.

Is there anybody who had similar experience? I wasn't able to find a similar picture, so I really don't have any idea what these dots can be. Is this some kind of fungi disease?

Please find attached my photos:

And, as you can see, these spots are mainly visible from the bottom. From the top, they can be barely seen:

Overall, the plant is looking fairly good in my opinion:

I'd be really thankful for any suggestions!

Looks normal for a plant grown indoors .. Or outdoors
Leaves that are older will slowly deteriorate giving you that look.
Do cut the leaves off once they become unsightly.
