black spots on new leaves (musa tropicana/dwarf)

Hi there, I live in Lisbon, Portugal, on my open balcony I grow dwarf musa tropicana (at least pricetag told so), it's 3 months old, you can see general look of plant on one of the pics. Grows pretty fast, has 7 new leaves! (when I bought it it was in pretty sad shape, only 3 leaves and all dry with blackish marks, removed them afterwards).

What happens is that new leaves after two weeks start getting patches of tiny yellow dots which after another two weeks develop into necrotic patches.

No insects / spiders spotted, I am sure of that.

Any ideias what it might be and how I can save it?

Thanks

HI hoaxero
I am in Seattle north west US . It looks like you may have a snail in your plant and looks like it might need a little more water. my plants get the same marks on them and it is because they have baby snails in them. It wont kill the plant they just leave a mark in the leaves. Try a bit of light detergent water down the inside of the plant and see if that works. Good luck.

Your soil looks too dry. Water when needed. Maybe repot it and compost or fertilisation would solve your problem. That's what I would do.
