Default Bananas growing REALLY slow

This winter was exceptionally hard on my plants, and now they won't grow more than 1 leaf/month, which is really sad. Its only my Orinocos that are acting like this my namwahs and cavendish seem to be unaffected. The pups grew fast like normal, but the mother plants all seemed to run out of juice. I cut the pups down, but I'm not sure it'll help. How can I stimulate growth in the plants again?
