Banana stems suddenly leaning to one side?

Has anyone else noticed their plants being grown in containers suddenly leaning slightly to one side? I have their lights overhead so I dont think its in response to growing toward the light source. It seems like it happens sometimes when a new leaf is emerging. The stems are firm and not floppy or anything like that, it just seems like they are going through some kinda internal stress. By suddenly I mean over 24 hours or so lol

Re: Banana stems suddenly leaning to one side?

You mean like this!!!!!
This what happens when your container topples over and you do not catch it for THREE days, it is the plants response to wanting to grow vertical and towards a light source
The plant will lean at the slightest incline and it will always lean towards a light source........remedy rotate the container.
It took almost a month for this plant to go back to somewhat vertical.

EDit... I know your lean is more subtle than this, but it could be for the same reasons, however it is just a guess.:)
