Re: What Garden BOOKS do You Like ???
That's a glowing book review Emily! Makes me want to buy one and I am not even close to Florida weather!!!
Sherry, I can remember when the gardening magazines were that cheap. Here is my most recent one. I bought it about three weeks ago. I am only about 1/4 in to it, right now. ~JaNan

Oh that first one (Magic & Medicine of Plants) looks like a real good one, Janan. What kinds of plants does it discuss?

Re: What Garden BOOKS do You Like ???
I just happen to have it right here!
Goose barnacle Tree Tartarian Lamb Tree Witch's Berry (Beladonna) Datura Metel Mandrake root Papyrus Sweet Marjorum Chrysanthemum Narcissus Roses Garlic Sunflowers Verbena Here's a quote from the book: Delphi, where a priestess foretold the future in a trance, a state she reputedly attained by breathing the hallucinogenic smoke of smoldering secret herbs. These are just a few as I turned the pages. I just bought the book and have only read the forward! ~J
