Does anyone know where I can get my hands on a copy of the book by Stover and Simmonds published in 1987, its a wonderful book but it seems impossible to source

Palm Beach County Library had it I believe. The newer book by Robinson and Galan-Sauco is just as good and certainly better updated.
Some people go bananas, I went plantains.
