Finally got Bee Hotel #2 Complete

Going to put it out some times this week and see if I can attract a swarm and then evict them into a larger crib(Hive) I have waiting for them.

If you put a frame with beeswax, wax smell attracts them.

Can your purchase some bees from somewhere? Seems like you might be waiting a while for a colony to show up at your bee motel.
