Worms in seeds?

Hello, i put a couple of banana seeds in a zip bag with some soil one month ago...I would regulary check them, but today i found something interesting. In one of the seeds i checked i found a worm? after i cracked it.Usually they are very hard, and impossible to crack, but this one looked weak so i tried it.I was wondering could it really be worm inside banana seed, and how could it get inside?
