I did a search but was not able to find any specific information
I have a thermostat controlled heat mat that can monitor soil temperature, does anyone know what the optimal temperature is?

i think some variation in temperature helps sometimes as well
like maybe on during the day and off at night just guessing since it seems seeds tend to sprout once people give up and toss them in the garden |

I'm growing a batch indoors inside a grow box and another batch outdoors to take in the natural heat & humidity.
I'm trying out the grow box to get some experience with it so I can still grow even during winter.
