Banana Seed Germination Forum As one of the toughest seeds in the plant kingdom to figure out the keys to germination success with, this is a forum with banana seed germination tips. Please entitle posts like "Musa balbisiana," or "Musa cheesmani," etc. People would then post a reply under that heading, sharing their germination successes (and failures), what materials and methods they used, germination percentage, etc.

That's why I always recommend to order at least 50-100 seeds. With some species, you'll be lucky if you get one to sprout. Congrats! Did you get your seeds from RPS?

Thanks James and Bigdog,

Bought this seeds from Zadengigant.nl , i have made a deal with the costumer (a friend from me)
There bought al my banana seeds, musa laterita, musa itinerans var formosana all germinated! Fresh seeds there.


Now i can say, i have a second germinated seed!
