Banana Seed Germination Forum As one of the toughest seeds in the plant kingdom to figure out the keys to germination success with, this is a forum with banana seed germination tips. Please entitle posts like "Musa balbisiana," or "Musa cheesmani," etc. People would then post a reply under that heading, sharing their germination successes (and failures), what materials and methods they used, germination percentage, etc.

Okay I just added more pictures of the little plants. They are doing great. Keeping them inside the plastic zip lock bags. They really like the moist warm environment.

Amazing Susan!!! I always get some seeds to give me something to do over winter! Your making me want to start early lmao.

I will be trying the jars for sure! I never get results this good! I think fresh seeds are the most important part! That is usually the hard part! Finding fresh seeds!

I just wanted to give an update on the baby plants. I have three plants that are dong great. The Royal Sweet plant died. I just purchased some more seeds and I going to try to duplicate the seed experiment. I will update later.

They need a bit more light they look very stretched; they shouldn't need support.
